About The Position

The Warehouse Associate receives and transports products to appropriate locations, picks products, assembles orders, and prepares goods for shipment. The role is responsible for accurate receipt and shipment and appropriate handling of merchandise, and uses commonly applied concepts, practices, and procedures in the redistribution field. This is a full-time, first-shift position scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or until work is completed. The position is located at 3863 Courtney Street, Unit #3, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of previous stand-up forklift experience and ability to follow all safety protocols.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50–75 lbs.
• Comfort working around environmental conditions such as heat, cold, noise, and dust.
• Comfort working at heights of 25–30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Operate different types of forklifts, including stand-up forklifts and order pickers.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick, and/or transport products throughout the warehouse according to company standards.
• Stack, palletize, tote, and/or store products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records through proper documentation.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols.
• Check all powered equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
