About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports Cencora’s U.S. distribution services, operating through its AmerisourceBergen business. The role involves fulfilling customer orders and handling pharmaceutical products and merchandise in a climate-controlled facility. The schedule is four 10-hour shifts: Sunday from 4 p.m. until finish and Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. until finish, with the day off decided upon hire. Overtime may be required and is mandatory in most distribution centers to support real-time delivery. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with potential earnings up to $25.30 per hour through opportunities such as shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hardworking, and dependable, with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work the listed shift hours and overtime.
• Able to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively; products vary in weight and size.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift; steps vary by role and shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (one year or less).
• Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock products; pick and pack customer orders; and prepare outbound shipments.
• Perform daily cycle counts and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
• Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and note and report discrepancies or obvious damage.
