About The Position

This role focuses on picking, packing, and moving products efficiently and accurately throughout the distribution center. This is a fast-paced, physical warehouse role supporting order fulfillment to stores, salons, and customers. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and processing products to ensure timely shipment to stores, salons, and customers. This role plays a key part in maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards within the distribution center.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience a plus
• Ability to lift 10–55 lbs regularly
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments
• Work in areas such as packing, picking, loading, returns, or sorting
• Inspect products for damage and verify quantities
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
