The Order Selector receives and transports products to appropriate warehouse locations, picks products, assembles orders, and prepares goods for shipment. The role is responsible for accurate receipt and shipment and appropriate merchandise handling. It uses commonly applied concepts, practices, and procedures in redistribution. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday second-shift position, scheduled from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. or until work is complete, at the Greensboro, North Carolina location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of previous forklift experience and the ability to follow all safety protocols.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds frequently.
• Comfort with exposure to environmental conditions such as heat, cold, noise, and dust.
• Comfort working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate different types of forklifts, including stand-up forklifts and order pickers.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick, and/or transport products throughout the warehouse according to company standards.
• Stack, palletize, tote, and/or store products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records through proper documentation.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Follow warehouse safety protocols, including using PPE and performing safety checks on powered equipment.
• Ensure accurate receipt and shipment and appropriate handling of merchandise.
