About The Position

Rosina Food Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support its food manufacturing and production operations. The role helps keep production lines running by delivering raw materials to production, moving finished products, preparing orders, and maintaining organized storage areas. The associate also supports production kitchens, tracks inventory and transactions in Sage, performs equipment checks, and helps maintain a clean and safe workspace while following food safety and workplace safety standards.

Requirements

• 3–6 months of warehouse or similar experience.
• Team-oriented approach, strong communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Ability to operate or learn equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver raw materials to production and move finished products.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Stage, label, and organize orders accurately.
• Track inventory and transactions using Sage systems.
• Supply production kitchens with needed materials.
• Assist with cycle counts and maintain organized storage areas.
• Perform equipment checks and keep the workspace clean and safe.
• Follow USDA, OSHA, HACCP, PPE, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Support the team as needed to keep operations moving.
