Warehouse Associate Our Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the tracking and storage of all shipments. In addition, this Associate will maintain inventory counts on all items using our ERP system.

Requirements

  • For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.
  • You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
  • We ask that you have at least a high school diploma/GED.
  • We ask that you have a clean driving record.
  • We ask that you have at least one (1) year of related experience.

  • We ask that you do not have allergies to plant materials or nitrile gloves; this position requires daily exposure to cannabis plants and nitrile gloves.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Responsible for following all standard operating procedures (SOP) operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.
  • Receive, count in, and manually store all shipments as appropriate.
  • Maintain adequate stock of all necessary supplies for the departments on-site and notify manager when supply is low.
  • Tag all incoming skids with inventory count tag.
  • Assist in vault audits as required.
  • Digitally log purchase orders and receipts in ERP system.
  • Communicate all receipts to the Inventory Manager and hand off packaging slips.
  • Issue inventory to departments as needed.
  • Audit team inventory of disposable items weekly.
  • Complete a monthly inventory count of all packaging materials on site.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of loading dock and soft goods storage areas.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external deliveries as assigned.
  • Assist Inventory Associates with vault related tasks as deemed necessary.
  • Complete all daily duties on time and willing to accept additional job duties and responsibilities.
  • Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers about daily production output.
  • Flex to other departments to assist as needed and allowed within the production schedule.
  • Must be comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures from 55°-85°.
  • All other duties as necessary.
