With a dialed-in grow operation and a bold new brand refresh, we're ready to dominate the MD/DC market-and have a little fun while we're at it. Our Inventory Associate is primarily responsible for assisting the Inventory Manager with inventory control as it relates to finished inventory units being pulled for outbound deliveries.

Requirements

  • For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.
  • You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
  • We ask that you have at least a high school diploma/GED.
  • We ask that you have a clean driving record.
  • We ask that you have at least two (2) year s of inventory experience.

  • We ask that you do not have allergies to plant materials or nitrile gloves; this position requires daily exposure to cannabis plants and nitrile gloves.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Responsible for following all standard operating procedures (SOP) operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.
  • Pulling of all inventory related items, including non-cannabis items, that are r eflected on LeafLink invoice.
  • Verifying compliance and accuracy of all packages before pulling.
  • Responsible for accurately case packing batches as needed.
  • Participate in all v ault i nventory a udits.
  • Maintain organization within the product vaults.
  • Complete all daily duties on time and willing to accept additional job duties and responsibilities.
  • Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers about daily production output.
  • Flex to other departments to assist as needed and allowed within the production schedule.
  • Must be comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures from 55°-85°.
  • All o ther duties as necessary.
