About The Position

Chadwell Supply is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for its family-owned maintenance supply company, which has 30 branches nationwide. The role involves picking and preparing customer orders, handling and stocking products, and operating warehouse equipment. The position pays $19–$21.22 per hour depending on reach truck experience. It is full-time, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and overtime opportunities. Available schedules include Monday through Friday day, mid, or second shift, with start times of 7:00 AM, 12:00 PM, or 3:30 PM. Shifts are typically 8.5 hours with a 30-minute lunch. Weekends are not required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be in good physical condition and capable of lifting more than 60 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing steps and ladders, and bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps and stairs and down ramps and walkways.
Experience with order fulfillment, including picking, packing, labeling, wrapping, and staging.
Excellent attention to detail.

Forklift experience, including sit-down, stand-up, clamp, reach, or pallet jack.

Responsibilities

Select products from warehouse stocking locations to fill pick ticket orders.
Meet company standards for accuracy and promptness when pulling the correct items and quantities.
Record pulled quantities and product serial numbers accurately and legibly on pick ticket documents or in related computer programs.
Package and prepare pulled orders as directed by management, including labeling packages with the customer's name.
Assist with staging and loading pulled orders into delivery vehicles.
Assist with unloading products from receiving containers as needed.
Assist with product stocking and other warehouse projects as needed.
Operate warehouse equipment to move or pull inventory as needed.
