About The Position

Cadence Petroleum Group is recruiting a Warehouse Associate for its Winchester, Kentucky facility. The company distributes automotive, commercial, and industrial lubricants and is adding this role to support its continued growth. The Warehouse Associate handles warehouse and delivery preparation activities while maintaining safety, organization, inventory accuracy, and a professional standard of customer service.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to safely load and unload products.
• Ability to perform the physical demands described in the posting, including lifting or moving up to 65 pounds unassisted and pushing or pulling more than 200 pounds with appropriate moving and safety equipment.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of forklift experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound truck loading and unloading while maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
• Operate and maneuver package trucks around the facility.
• Operate a forklift in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
• Build orders for daily package route deliveries.
• Safely load and unload products according to load size and content description.
• Keep the warehouse clean by following cleanup responsibilities.
• Provide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearance to enhance the company’s image.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
