About The Position

ShipMonk is hiring seasonal Warehouse Associates for its Fort Worth Fulfillment Center. This active, fast-paced role supports order fulfillment for e-commerce brands. Associates pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment; rotate through warehouse functions; use scanners and handheld devices; and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Starting pay is $16 per hour, paid weekly on Friday, with an optional Rain app payout that allows employees to withdraw up to 50% of earned funds before payday.

The morning shift schedule options are DA (Sunday–Wednesday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM), DE (Wednesday–Saturday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM), DS (Saturday–Tuesday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM), or DT (Friday–Monday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM). The position is seasonal, and training is provided. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but is not required.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in a warehouse with noise, varying temperatures, and a high-energy environment.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and sort products accurately and carefully.
• Prepare orders for shipment quickly and efficiently.
• Rotate among warehouse functions, including receiving, replenishment, inventory, returns, wholesale, and special projects.
• Remain active and engaged in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace.
• Use scanners, iPads, and handheld devices to support accurate and efficient work.
• Support other departments as needed.
