About The Position

The Production Operator will operate production machinery used in automotive manufacturing in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The role involves monitoring machine performance and product quality, making minor machine adjustments, conducting routine inspections of finished products, and maintaining accurate production records. Operators must follow safety procedures and company standards, work with teammates to meet daily production goals, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $16 per hour, weekly pay, and overtime opportunities. Available shifts are first shift (5:30 a.m.–1:45 p.m.), second shift (2:30 p.m.–10:45 p.m.), and third shift (Monday night–Saturday morning, 10:00 p.m.–6:15 a.m.).

Requirements
