About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate, also described in the posting as a Seasonal Package Handler, to help keep packages moving through its Redlands, California warehouse during the holiday season. This active, hands-on role involves working with a team to safely unload, sort, move, and load packages, keep packages and the work area organized, and help ensure packages reach their next destination safely and on time. Training is provided, and previous warehouse experience is not required.

The position is seasonal and part-time, with a stated season duration of October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. The posting lists a shift of 12:00 PM–9:00 PM and several possible schedule patterns: Monday–Friday, Wednesday–Sunday, or Saturday–Tuesday. Typical shift length is approximately 4–5 hours; end times may vary based on package volume and business needs. Weekly pay is $18.75 per hour. The role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law, and scheduled overtime may be required when business needs require it. Premium pay is offered for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Seasonal bonus eligibility, amount, and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
