Warehouse Associate (Full Time, Night Shift)

About The Position

The Assoc II, Warehouse Ops supports inbound or outbound warehouse activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor while meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. Inbound work includes receiving products; outbound work includes shipping products. Warehouse Operations handles manual or automated tasks for receiving, storing, and shipping products, supporting their efficient movement from vendor receipt to shipment to internal and external customers. The position works Sunday through Thursday: Sunday, 6:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m. or until completion; Monday, 7:00 p.m.–3:30 a.m. or until completion; and Tuesday through Thursday, 7:30 p.m.–4:00 a.m. or until completion. The pay rate is $24.45 per hour, including shift differential. The role is not bonus eligible. Cardinal Health offers benefits and programs intended to support health and well-being. Requirements

1–2 years of experience preferred.
High school diploma, GED, equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.

Responsibilities

Unload inbound trucks using a pallet jack or equivalent device to move pallets out of the trucks.
Use the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
Follow applicable regulations when storing refrigerated specialty products.
Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
Meet quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards.
