Night Shift Warehouse Associate (Full- Time)

About The Position

Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks involved in receiving, storing, and shipping products. The work supports efficient product flow from receipt from vendors through shipment to internal and external customers, following prescribed service parameters. The Warehouse Associate processes orders according to established Standard Operating Procedures, including picking, quality checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and preparing orders for shipment. The role also involves cross-training in multiple warehouse areas, completing assigned projects, and maintaining housekeeping and inventory controls in compliance with Environmental Health and Safety requirements. This is a night-shift role scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., or until the assigned task is complete. The stated pay rate is $23.55 per hour, including shift differential.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with technologies such as computers or point-of-sale systems.
Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT).

Responsibilities

Follow established Standard Operating Procedures to process orders.
Accurately pick orders and perform quality control checks.
Sort and consolidate freight.
Build and wrap pallets, pack and load orders, and prepare them for shipment.
Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse.
Participate in projects assigned by a manager or other management team member.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean work environment.
Comply with Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
