About The Position

Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks needed to receive, store, and ship products. These tasks may include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. The team helps ensure products flow efficiently from vendors to internal and external customers in accordance with prescribed service parameters. The Warehouse Associate follows standard operating procedures to process and prepare orders for shipment, supports cross-training and assigned projects, and performs housekeeping and inventory control while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is a night-shift role scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 6:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. or until the work is complete. The stated pay rate is $23.55 per hour, including shift differential; the position is not bonus eligible.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with technologies such as computers or point-of-sale systems.
Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT).

Responsibilities

Follow established Standard Operating Procedures to process orders.
Accurately pick orders and perform quality control checks.
Sort and consolidate freight, build and wrap pallets, pack and load orders, and prepare them for shipment.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects assigned by a manager or other management team member.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean work environment.
Comply with Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
