About The Position
Airgas is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Levittown, Pennsylvania. The role supports warehouse operations by moving materials while following facility work rules and meeting or advancing quality and safety standards. Duties include handling safety products, maintaining shipment quality, keeping the work area organized, operating powered industrial trucks as needed, and assisting the team with other tasks. The schedule is Monday through Friday, and the posted pay is $20.00.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of warehousing or similar experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and/or pull up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours.
- Ability to read and comprehend customer orders, bills of lading, and similar documents.
- Basic math skills.
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, computer software systems.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with a stand-up forklift.
- Experience with a pallet jack.
- Experience with a cherry picker.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and palletize safety products to support quality and efficiency goals.
- Protect the quality and care of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with safety regulations.
- Operate powered industrial trucks as needed to support daily warehouse operations.
- Support the team with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth facility operations.
