About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports day-to-day warehouse operations by performing inbound and outbound activities. Duties vary according to daily operational needs and may include receiving and putting away products, picking and staging outgoing orders, loading shipments, processing returns, assisting with inventory activities, and supporting other warehouse areas. The role helps ensure products are accurately received, organized, prepared, and moved through the warehouse efficiently and safely. The starting pay rate is $22 per hour, based on experience. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available after 90 days. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Willingness to perform different warehouse functions and work in various areas as business needs change.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle products and orders.
Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and up to 50 lbs. consistently.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse, distribution, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred.
Forklift, order picker/part picker, and powered pallet jack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, inspect, and put away inbound products following FIFO and Dock-to-Stock practices.
Verify incoming products and stock items in designated bin locations.
Pick, stage, organize, and prepare outgoing orders accurately for delivery.
Work in assigned warehouse areas based on daily operational needs and priorities.
Load and prepare products for outbound routes and deliveries.
Process returns and help resolve bin, part, and inventory variances.
Perform cycle counts and inventory-related tasks, and support annual physical inventory.
Maintain accurate, organized, and accessible warehouse inventory.
Assist with general warehouse activities and cross-train in other areas to support team efficiency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
