About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll support the Logistics Center by helping ensure customers receive products in a timely and efficient manner. You’ll work as part of a team to meet deadlines and support customer satisfaction. The role involves verifying and handling products across picking, cycle counting, put-away, receiving, inventory control, and loading and unloading. The position pays $18 per hour. Level I roles do not require previous warehouse experience, though it is preferred; Level II roles require at least one year of recent forklift or machine operating experience. Working knowledge of English is required for training and safety purposes. The distribution center may involve extreme temperatures, high noise levels, high places, wet or humid conditions, and outside weather conditions. Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime may be required as business needs dictate.

Requirements

Working knowledge of English for training and safety purposes.
For Level II roles, at least one year of recent forklift or machine operating experience.

Previous warehouse experience for Level I roles.

Responsibilities

Verify products to reduce errors during picking, cycle counting, put-away, and receiving.
Receive packages and ensure they are properly put away.
Maintain the integrity of the cycle count process in inventory control.
Handle trucks and trailers appropriately during loading and unloading.
Unpack goods and check them against purchase orders or invoices.
Complete pick processes, including Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, and LTL Pick.
Lift heavy items and, as applicable, operate a forklift.
