Cardinal Health’s Saint Charles facility supports pharmaceutical supply chain and warehouse operations. Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks necessary for receiving, storing, and shipping products, including receiving, picking, packing, staging, transporting, and storage. The team helps move products efficiently from vendor receipt through shipment to internal and external customers so customers can obtain products needed to care for patients. This is a flexible-schedule role based on business volume. The mandatory shift is Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Employees receive mobile notifications about additional shifts, which may be available Monday through Thursday at 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m., 6:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m., or 7:00 p.m.–3:30 a.m. or until work is complete. Additional shifts may be selected by the employee; accepted shifts must be worked in full and may extend beyond the estimated end time. The schedule is based on employee availability and business needs and will not exceed an average of 29 hours per week on an ongoing basis. New hires may need to complete a one- to three-day onboarding ramp-up during their first week or first pay period, scheduled by agreement based on site needs and availability. The hourly pay rate is $21.67, including shift differential. The position is not bonus eligible. Paid time off is provided in compliance with applicable laws. Candidates receive shift opportunities, work updates, and announcements on a mobile device and can select available shifts without traditional time-off requests. The application window is anticipated to close on November 28, 2026.
