About The Position

This part-time position supports an outstanding customer experience, operational productivity, and company profitability by processing customer orders. The role is based in a fast-paced Fulfillment Center where continuous improvement, growth, and safety are priorities. The facility is top-tier, climate-controlled, and fully automated, and associates are encouraged to learn and cross-train across functions.

The position performs a broad range of functions that directly affect the end-customer experience. Associates follow department Standard Operating Procedures, labor management standards, Fulfillment Center work rules, and HR and Loss Prevention policies. The role is on-site at the Greencastle, Indiana location.

Requirements

• Meet the physical demands of frequent and extended lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching overhead.
• Work with a safety-first mindset and be mindful of the safety of coworkers.
• Have basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Be able to understand RFID technology.
• Be able to carry out verbal and/or written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound tasks, including unloading and receiving, replenishing, picking, sorting, packing, and loading or shipping customer orders.
• Report to work as scheduled.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures for the assigned department.
• Perform work in accordance with applicable labor management standards.
• Follow Fulfillment Center work rules and HR and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Train to perform cross-functional roles in other areas.
