About The Position

The Warehouse Associate manages incoming and outgoing shipments of tires and related inventory and works with shipping, sales, pickup and delivery (P&D), and service departments. The role may assign tasks to team members to maintain workflow and efficiency, assist with inventory counts and stock organization, and perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned. The associate helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse while fostering teamwork and communicating effectively with coworkers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and delegate tasks when necessary.
• Good interpersonal skills to motivate and lead team members.
• Ability to lift and move tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without assistance.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Tire or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus; training is available if needed.
