About The Position

This entry-level team member position is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role includes a variety of retail tasks related to products, customer service, pricing, inventory, and merchandising, with work applicable to Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral. The team member also collaborates with other team members and managers on additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

Detail-oriented and organized.
Strong listening and communication skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology.
Problem-solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.

Responsibilities

Build rapport with customers.

Answer customer questions or direct customers to another team member who can help.
Stock products and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
Use technology to complete activities and tasks.
Complete retail tasks related to products, customer service, pricing, inventory, and merchandising.
