About The Position

This position is responsible for taking stock from an l-cart or pallet and using the location codes on boxes to place stock in the correct shelf locations until the assigned area is complete. The role supports store operations by stocking products, organizing backstock and waste, and preparing the store for the day ahead. It involves overnight shifts and may include other tasks as needed.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
