About The Position

Tellworks Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to move packages and materials safely and efficiently around its facilities. The work may involve driving industrial vehicles through warehouses, storage areas, and other facilities. The associate will help maintain inventory, move freight and materials, inspect equipment, and support a safe and orderly workplace.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding.
Must be able to read and write English.
Basic mathematics skills, including addition, division, multiplication, and subtraction.
Ability to interpret instructions.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to operate a hand truck and forklift.
Must be able to pass any required federal, state, local government, and company background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.
Must be reliable, maintain good attendance, adapt to changing work tasks and workload, work safely, and provide outstanding customer service.

Nice To Haves

Prefer 2–4 years of experience.
Forklift skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Load and unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers and containers.
Locate and move products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
Identify damage and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
Transport raw materials to production workstations.
Inspect machinery for repair needs and perform regular maintenance to support safety.
Maintain current inventory records and activity logs.
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
Help maintain a safe and orderly facility.
