About The Position

The Warehouse Associate performs warehouse operations including receiving and processing stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock. The role also includes cable maintenance, preparing kits for roll-outs, keeping boxes ready for use, and promptly discarding used packing materials. Associates maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment and ensure services meet required quality standards. The position is onsite in Denver, Colorado. The role requires use of a pallet jack and lifting up to 40 pounds, and overtime may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience in a warehouse environment.
• High school diploma.
• Highly organized and compliance-driven.
• Understanding of IT tools, names, and acronyms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that changes to meet client or business needs.
• Ability to follow and enforce corporate policies and procedures and maintain high security standards.
• Self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to change and shift focus to new goals.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and drive positive culture changes.
• Ability to use a pallet jack and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime as required based on business needs.
• Must complete and pass a criminal background check covering criminal activity in every area of residence for the preceding seven years.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
• Pick and fill orders from stock.
• Pack and ship orders.
• Manage, organize, and retrieve stock.
• Perform cable maintenance.
• Create kits in preparation for roll-outs.
• Create boxes and ensure they are prepared and ready to use.
• Discard used packing materials in a timely manner.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Ensure the quality of services provided meets required standards.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned.
