About The Position

Foundever is hiring a Warehouse Associate to perform warehouse operations, including receiving and processing stock and materials, filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving inventory. The role also supports cable maintenance and creates kits and boxes for roll-outs, while keeping packing materials and the work area orderly. Associates are expected to maintain required service quality and follow corporate security policies and procedures. The position requires use of a pallet jack, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working overtime when business needs require.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working within a warehouse environment.
High school diploma.
Highly organized and compliance-driven.
Understanding of IT tools, names, and acronyms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that changes to meet client or business needs.
Self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to change and shift focus toward new goals.
Ability to manage time efficiently and drive positive culture changes.
Ability to use a pallet jack and lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to work overtime as required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
Pick and fill orders from stock.
Pack and ship orders.
Manage, organize, and retrieve stock.
Perform cable maintenance.
Create kits in preparation for roll-outs.
Create boxes and keep them prepped and ready.
Discard used packing materials in a timely manner.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Ensure that the quality of services provided meets required standards.
Follow and enforce corporate policies and procedures, including security standards.
Perform other duties as required and assigned.
