About The Position

The Warehouse Associate (General Laborer) helps meet production requirements by hand-sorting materials such as wooden pallets, boxes, and plastic bins. The position is based in North Canton, Ohio, and pays $19.50 per hour. The listed shift is Saturday through Monday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The work involves manual handling and movement of materials in a storage facility, checking loads and product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

The role is physically demanding and may require working in extreme conditions, including heat, cold, and airborne particulates. Employees may need to repetitively lift 50–75 pounds and bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts. Required personal protective equipment includes eye protection and safety shoes; ear protection is mandatory at several locations. Noise levels depend on the work location. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• A high degree of attention to prevent injury to others.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities
