About The Position

Connexion is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Returns to join their team in Buffalo Grove, IL. This role involves receiving, storing, selecting, packing, and distributing warehouse inventory. The associate will perform physical tasks to move inventory, operate warehouse equipment, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and unload delivery vehicles. Responsibilities include accurately storing products, selecting and packing customer orders, and potentially performing Delivery Driver duties.

Requirements

Perform any and all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.
Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and any material(s) contained thereon in the manner consistent with the intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturers’ instructions.
Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all Company safety procedures; perform daily safety inspections.
Unload delivery vehicles, accurately identifying material, breaking down material, and noting discrepancies.
Accurately store product to the proper location following the outlined process; the use of light equipment may be required.
Select and pack customer orders following the outlined process; ensure conformance to customer standards and expectations.
Steel toed boots required.
