About The Position

Connexion is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Returns to join their team in Buffalo Grove, IL. This role involves receiving, storing, selecting, packing, and distributing warehouse inventory. The associate will be responsible for performing physical tasks to move inventory, operating warehouse equipment safely, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse, and adhering to all safety procedures. Key duties include unloading delivery vehicles, accurately storing products, and selecting and packing customer orders. The position may also involve performing Delivery Driver duties, including operating a light van or delivery vehicle to deliver customer orders and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Steel toed boots required.

Responsibilities

Perform any and all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.
Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and any material(s) contained thereon in the manner consistent with the intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturers’ instructions.
Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all Company safety procedures; perform daily safety inspections.
Unload delivery vehicles, accurately identifying material, breaking down material, and noting discrepancies.
Accurately store product to the proper location following the outlined process; the use of light equipment may be required.
Select and pack customer orders following the outlined process; ensure conformance to customer standards and expectations.
May perform Delivery Driver duties as needed; operate a light van or delivery vehicle to deliver customer orders; ensure that customers orders are delivered to meet customer expectations.
