About The Position
US Foods is seeking a Warehouse Product Returns associate to handle driver-returned products. This role involves receiving and verifying returned products, ensuring they meet government and company requirements, and preparing them for re-slotting. The work environment includes normal warehouse conditions and temperature-controlled areas, including coolers and freezers. This position is responsible for clearing the dock, ensuring product condition, and managing the staging area for daily returns. The associate may also be required to recreate manufacturer packaging. Compensation is based on relevant experience and other factors, with an expected base rate of $22.00/hour.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 3 months previous warehousing experience required.
- Previous comparable warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Receives and verifies that all driver-returned products are handled accordingly and clears the dock.
- Ensures product condition meets acceptable government and company requirements.
- Prepares returned product for re-slotting, including verifying package integrity, temperature guidelines, and manufacturer requirements.
- Returns all product to the appropriate slot and verifies slot accuracy.
- Sets up and stages the dock area for daily driver returns.
- Recreates manufacturer packaging, if required.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
