This position assists in unloading boxes and pallets from trucks, verifying pallet counts with the bill of lading, and checking for damages. The associate will pull boxes from conveyors or push carts to pallets, stack boxes, confirm part numbers and quantities against packing slips and part labels, check for damaged parts, and enter relevant information into the system. Responsibilities also include sorting and delivering packages to designated staging locations. Occasional operation of pallet jacks or forklifts may be required with in-house certification. The role ensures TTI meets or exceeds customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery, while meeting established quality and productivity goals. The associate must adhere to standard operating procedures, maintain acceptable time and attendance, and be available for overtime. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential for collaboration and efficient work completion. The role involves accepting "other duties as required," working independently with minimal supervision, and maintaining a sense of urgency and a positive attitude focused on results. Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies and reporting hazards is critical. The position supports daily warehouse department metrics and performs foreign object detection and location maintenance to maintain 5S standards. Cross-training in other areas is also required.
