Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse or production support preferred.
- Experience with metal cutting tools or machinery is a plus.
- Execute the essential duties of the position, with or without accommodation.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude.
- Must have physical strength and stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment safely consistently throughout the shift.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
- Ability to climb ladders or step stools and work at heights when necessary.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling materials and operating warehouse equipment.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse machinery.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to production operations by ensuring timely and accurate handling of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Receive, stage, and deliver materials to designated production areas to maintain continuous workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors to prevent production delays.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas to support efficient operations and minimize safety risks.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE, safe equipment operation, and reporting of hazards or incidents.
- Assist with periodic cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy and support planning efforts.
