About The Position

Dal-Tile is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to perform a variety of material-handling duties associated with warehouse operations. The role includes receiving and processing inbound shipments, unloading and stocking material, assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders, and maintaining inventory. Daily use of forklift equipment is required. The associate also helps keep the facility clean, organized, and safe, and may assist customers and prepare sales slips.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Certified Forklift Operator.
Basic math skills.
Organization skills.
Customer service skills.
Fluency in English.
Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.

Nice To Haves

Three or more years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Pull and assemble customer orders; check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness.
Conduct inventory stock checks and daily cycle counts; restock and label vendor products.
Maintain displays, including tools and caulk; move, store, and replenish material.
Receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments and stock material, and process customer returns.
Notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
Operate forklift equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized facility, including sweeping, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and general office maintenance.
May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
Follow safety rules and report accidents, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts to management.
Perform other related duties as required.
