Warehouse Associate II
About The Position
The Warehouse Associate II is accountable, under general supervision and demonstrated ability to successfully trouble shoot warehouse issues, to fill customer order requirements with strong team coordination and follow-through abilities, and to complete the full cycle of warehouse functions of picking, packing, stocking, documenting and shipping customized orders, accurately and expeditiously; as well as drive company vehicles to transport material to and from specified locations, as licensed and trained. The Warehouse Associate II will be responsible for locating appropriate product with a radio frequency system, when applicable, pulling required quantities and sizes (counting/weighing), and packaging and preparing material for shipment. This fast-paced position consistently requires a high volume of productivity; with strong attention to detail to variances in product identification; ability to accurately understand and follow written specifications; perform data entry; and follow customized requirements with trained knowledge of quality standards, and customer specifications.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow written specifications with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- 1–2 years of warehouse, inventory, or shipping experience
- Forklift certification and current license
- Familiarity with DOT and EPA guidelines for hazardous materials
- Experience with RF scanning systems.
- Employees must meet ITAR requirements.
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees as defined by ITAR regulations.
- Proof of U.S. person status will be required upon conditional offer.
Responsibilities

- Pull required quantities and sizes (counting/weighing).
- Package and prepare material for shipment.
- Perform data entry.
- Follow customized requirements with trained knowledge of quality standards, and customer specifications.
