About The Position

A Manufacturing Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing inventory, organizing stock, and assisting with the smooth flow of materials within a manufacturing warehouse. They support the production process by ensuring materials are stored, retrieved, and transported efficiently.

Responsibilities

Receive, check, and organize incoming shipments of raw materials, parts, and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper labeling and storage.
Move raw materials, parts, or finished products to designated areas using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or cranes.
Load and unload trucks or containers.
Pick and pack materials or products based on production or customer orders.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to production teams or external customers.
Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for defects or damage, ensuring that all products meet quality standards before being sent to production or shipped out.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Ensure that all items are stored in the correct locations and follow safety guidelines for material handling.
Assist in preparing materials for shipping, including labeling, packaging, and preparing shipping documentation.
Track shipments and communicate with suppliers and customers regarding delivery schedules.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring all tools and machinery are functioning correctly and safely.
Work closely with production, shipping, and management teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials and timely production schedules.
Follow safety procedures and regulations to minimize accidents and injuries.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure the warehouse complies with safety standards.
