About The Position
White Cap is hiring a Warehouse Associate I to support its distribution operations. The role involves safely operating a forklift to move merchandise, preparing customer orders, and receiving and recording shipment information. Work may take place inside the warehouse or outside in the yard. The position generally requires 0–2 years of experience in the area of responsibility and includes lifting and carrying materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
- Pick, pack, and ship products to customers.
- Receive and count shipments and record shipment information in the system.
- Work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard as needed.
- Lift and carry material up to 50 pounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
