About The Position

While reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate I is responsible for supporting production through scrap collection, grinding, baling, and material movement. This role helps maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse and production support environment.

Requirements

• Can recognize and follow strict safety procedures
• Forklift experience or certification
• Strong information gathering and problem-solving skills
• Can prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Supply and exchange scrap material receptacles to the Thermoforming Department
• Grind scrap and waste materials
• Exchange bags for regrind
• Weigh and stage full regrind bags in the warehouse
• Bale waste plastic that cannot be ground
• Empty trash containers throughout the production area
• Maintain housekeeping in the grinding area
• Support other housekeeping and material handling needs as assigned
• Perform additional duties as required to support plant operations
