The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate order fulfillment, proper inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Reach truck certification and operating experience required
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, climbing ladders)
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pull, and pack orders according to customer requirements
- Relabel products to meet vendor and compliance standards
- Stock raw materials and finished goods in assigned locations
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
- Organize and optimize space within racks and storage areas
- Conduct cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods to maintain inventory accuracy
- Monitor and assign pick locations to support workflow efficiency
- Follow and enforce all warehouse safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Identify and follow special instructions for customer orders
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
