About The Position

The Warehouse Associate/Driver helps prepare and fulfill orders and transports artificial grass and supplies from the warehouse to customers safely and on time. The role includes loading and unloading materials for customers, supporting warehouse order fulfillment when not making deliveries, and maintaining an organized warehouse and accurate inventory. The position requires regular on-site attendance during business hours according to the work schedule.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience or comparable work experience.
• Knowledge of basic tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and solve practical problems.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, carry, and deliver heavy items.
• Ability to lift, pull, or push 50 or more pounds alone and 100 or more pounds with assistance.
• Ability to crouch, bend, climb stairs or ladders, and lift frequently for extended periods.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for up to eight hours per day.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products for delivery.
• Prepare documents relating to deliveries.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure proper delivery is complete.
• Ensure delivery paperwork and invoices are properly signed and returned to the warehouse manager.
• Transport products using the company truck.
• Load and unload materials for customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of products and warehouse organization.
• Operate a forklift, carpet cutting machine, and company truck.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the forklift, carpet cutting machine, and company truck.
• Assist warehouse staff in fulfilling orders when not making deliveries.
• Attend regularly on-site during business hours according to the work schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
