Driver/Warehouse Associate
About The Position
The Driver/Warehouse Associate supports daily operations by getting automotive glass products to customers, making prompt and courteous deliveries, assisting with will-call pickups, performing warehouse duties, and providing customer assistance. The role includes receiving, inspecting, processing, stocking, picking, labeling, loading, cleaning, and returning inventory; following delivery routes and schedules; safely operating a delivery vehicle; processing payments and order-system data; and completing logs and documentation. The position is safety sensitive and includes maintaining a clean branch and following health, safety, and quality standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays. The position is nonexempt.
Requirements
- Pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Safely and competently operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers.
- Have 3–5 years of driving and delivery experience.
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and adaptable to warehouse environments.
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Work cohesively as part of a team and take direction in changing work conditions.
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
- Unload incoming inventory, inspect it for damage, process it, and stock it.
- Pick the correct products and quantities for orders and transfers.
- Load glass racks and trucks; clean glass and check stock for damage; apply appropriate labels.
- Follow delivery routes and schedules to deliver products and receive returns.
- Process and record payments and enter data into the ordering system.
- Safely operate the delivery vehicle.
- Receive and process returned stock.
- Complete logs and documentation.
- Break down boxes, stock accessories, and organize inventory as directed.
- Interact with and assist customers during deliveries and at will call.
- Help maintain the branch, including cleaning the warehouse and counter area.
- Follow health and safety policies and quality standards.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
