About The Position

Abatix is seeking a service-minded Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to support warehouse operations and deliver products to customers. The role involves shipping and receiving, pulling inventory, and checking the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments. The associate will also make deliveries in a company box truck or van and provide friendly, professional customer service. Prior delivery driving experience is not required; training is provided. Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience in a wireless environment.
• Ability to use FedEx and UPS online systems.
• A customer-service mindset and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
• Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.
• Dependability, motivation, punctuality, and organizational skills.
• Ability to complete forklift and delivery-vehicle certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and kneel, bend, and twist as warehouse work may require.

Responsibilities

• Receive and pick customer orders.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Verify order contents against shipping papers.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Count stock items and record data in the computer system.
• Assist customers with loading merchandise.
• Make deliveries in the DFW area in a box truck or van.
