About The Position

Wagonmaster is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Warehouse Associate who can work across three areas: Warehouse operations, Backup delivery driving, and Basic equipment maintenance and repair. You'll spend most of your time in the warehouse, but you'll also make customer deliveries when needed and help troubleshoot, repair, and prepare equipment. Forklift experience is an asset — training will be provided if required. This is NOT a traditional warehouse-only role.

Requirements

  • Warehouse, distribution, parts, delivery, or similar hands-on experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with your hands
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
  • Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Good English communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working in a physically active environment
  • Willingness to learn and take on different responsibilities
  • Practical mechanical ability and a willingness to learn are more important than being a licensed mechanic.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, pick, pack, and organize inventory
  • Prepare customer orders and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Load and move products, including drums and equipment
  • Make emergency and backup customer deliveries
  • Provide delivery coverage during vacations, illness, or busy periods
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and minor repairs
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate more complex repairs
  • Prepare equipment for customer delivery or demonstrations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
  • Communicate inventory or customer issues to the Warehouse Manager
