About The Position

This role involves a combination of warehouse duties and delivery driving. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging, and shipping of products. The associate will operate warehouse equipment, manage inventory, maintain the facility, and ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipping processes. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED.
1-2 years of material handling, forklift, or warehouse experience.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to operate a forklift, rider reach truck, stock picker, or hand truck.
Must pass forklift training and maintain forklift certification.
Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend documents such as training instructions, shipping tickets, and procedure manuals at a fast pace.
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds, with frequent lifting of 40-60 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk on a concrete surface 8 to 10 hours a day.
Basic computer knowledge.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software and/or Integrated Logistics Solutions.
Experience with RIF Scanner used to track inventory.
SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

Receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging, and shipping of products.
Receiving, unloading, and visually verifying incoming freight.
Verifying product quantities and ensuring correct stocking processes.
Prioritizing and filling orders accurately using warehouse equipment.
Safely and accurately picking, packaging, and labeling products for shipping.
Verifying shipping orders against slips and loading packages.
Communicating and resolving issues related to damages, shortages, or inventory inaccuracies.
Performing cycle counts.
Maintaining warehouse, supplies, and equipment, and ensuring facility cleanliness and organization.
Performing other duties as assigned.
