About The Position

The Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities and the timely delivery of goods within the wholesale trade industry. The role involves operating forklifts safely to move and organize products, ensuring that all items are handled with care and stored properly. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Certification or proven experience in forklift operation.
Basic computer skills with experience in order entry or inventory management systems.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse work.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Forklift operation skills enable the associate to handle heavy pallets and materials efficiently, reducing the risk of damage or injury.
Warehouse maintenance skills contribute to a clean and safe working environment, which supports overall operational efficiency.
Order entry skills are used to input and verify customer orders accurately, facilitating smooth inventory management and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently.
Perform daily warehouse maintenance tasks including cleaning, organizing, and inspecting storage areas to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
Accurately enter and process orders into the inventory management system to track product movement and availability.
Prepare and verify shipment documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Plan and execute delivery routes, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers across assigned regions.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate inventory flow and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure delivery vehicles are in good working condition.
