About The Position

The Warehouse Associate keeps daily operations running smoothly by managing warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and selecting products for customer orders. The role is responsible for inventory accuracy, maintaining a safe workspace, processing returns, and operating material-handling equipment. It may also support deliveries. The position requires the ability to drive box trucks; basic computer skills are needed, and inventory or equipment experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Valid REAL ID or passport, or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills, including email and internet browsing.
• Experience with warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Experience with delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks up to 26 feet.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to drive box trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, noting damage or discrepancies.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for customer delivery or inter-store transfers.
• Process returns, warranty paperwork, and related documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper storage procedures.
• Safely operate box truck delivery vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with loading and delivering items as needed.
