Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver
About The Position
As a Non-CDL Driver at Reece, you deliver materials safely and efficiently to customer locations and job sites. This local delivery role has drivers home every night. You represent the company on the road and at delivery points, helping customers receive the materials they need for clean water and heating and cooling. The role also supports warehouse or branch operations as needed. The position requires operating a DOT-regulated vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating of 10,001–26,000 pounds, handling and securing materials, verifying orders, maintaining inventory control and documentation, and complying with DOT regulations and company safety standards. Professionalism and high-quality customer service are important throughout deliveries. The job involves frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, kneeling, climbing, walking, and sitting or standing for extended periods. Work may take place indoors or outdoors as required. The role requires attendance at scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location. Reasonable accommodations may be made in accordance with applicable laws. The stated compensation range is $16.90–$24.60. The role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as commission, profit sharing, or an annual bonus, subject to written plan documents.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Hold a valid Class C driver’s license.
- Have a clean driving record and background.
- Be able to meet DOT regulations and requirements.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform the physical activities described for the role.
- Maintain scheduled attendance and onsite presence at the assigned location.
- Have oral and written communication abilities, including speaking, reading, writing, comprehension, and expression.
