About The Position

Warehouse Associates/Customer Pickup Techs serve the showroom and HOM Furniture customers by pulling, loading, and ensuring transfers are completed efficiently and correctly. This role involves disassembling and prepping products for pickup, transfers, and showroom displays. The position requires interaction with customers and coworkers both in person and over the phone, and providing assistance to the Operations Manager, Showroom Manager, and Merchandisers. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• No experience necessary. Job Training will be provided.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Pull, load, and ensure transfers are completed efficiently and correctly.
• Disassemble and prep products for pickup, transfers, and showroom displays.
• Interact with customers and co workers in person and over the phone.
• Provide assistance to the Operations Manager, Showroom Manager, and Merchandisers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
