About The Position

Music & Arts is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Backup Driver to locate and transfer products for daily sales orders, process serialized inventory, help maintain rental product quality, and prepare products for shipment. The role also includes loading and unloading vehicles, moving products within the facility, and driving a company-provided vehicle between locations to deliver company-owned products on an as-needed backup basis. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work to deadlines, and the physical capacity to handle the demands of warehouse work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active driver's license.
• Ability to understand warehouse locations and locate products, including using an RF scanner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly identify errors and retain knowledge of how to correct them.
• Ability to thrive under deadline-based assignments.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to walk up to 2 miles during the workday.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely climb and work on ladders.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of warehouse experience.
• One year of delivery driving experience.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Locate and transfer products for daily sales orders, matching physical products to sales order descriptions.
• Process and sort serialized products.
• Assist with quality control maintenance of rental products.
• Prepare products for shipping according to company standards.
• Load and unload vehicles, including taking items from or removing them from rolling carts.
• Move products to different locations within a facility or pack carts for loading.
• Drive a company-provided vehicle between locations to deliver company-owned products, following traffic regulations; serve as a backup driver on an as-needed basis.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
