About The Position

The Warehouse Associate/Backroom Processor works on The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center’s Retail Team at the Foothill Ranch Store, which supports the Adult Rehabilitation Program. The role contributes to a positive shopping and donor experience and supports the store’s operations and program participants. Responsibilities include receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock; maintaining inventory records; and inspecting stock for damage and documenting any damage. Work schedules are determined by management, and employees must be flexible to help ensure adequate coverage. Full-time employees may be scheduled for any full-time shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry checks.
• Ability to read and write and to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow store employees, customers, and donors.
• Flexibility to work schedules determined by management to ensure adequate coverage.

Responsibilities

• Help promote a positive shopping and donor experience as part of the Retail Team.
