About The Position
Michael & Son Services is seeking a Full Time Warehouse Associate/Future Apprentice in Wilmington, NC. This role offers the opportunity to learn skilled trades (HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing) through an apprenticeship program within 3-4 months of starting. The position involves maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse, delivering parts to technicians using company vehicles, and operating a forklift for loading and unloading deliveries. Requirements
- Good command of English.
- At least a high school diploma.
- A valid driver's license.
- Satisfactory completion of a background check.
- Satisfactory completion of a drug test.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and efficient.
- Utilize company vehicles to deliver parts to technicians in the field.
- Operate a forklift for loading and unloading deliveries.
- Transition into an apprenticeship in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing within 3-4 months.
